Project Overview: For this lakefront project in Hartland, WI — at the back of a home on Lake Keesus — Concrete Landscape Solutions tore out a failing wooden timber step system and replaced it with a poured concrete staircase running from the upper yard down to the existing paver patio and dock. The new staircase ties into the existing block retaining walls on both sides, fans out at the lower landing to meet the patio cleanly, and finishes with a brushed surface for slip-resistant footing in wet lakefront conditions.
